      We take the time to understand the benefits of realising your goals and break down potential ROI and what this might mean for your business. From there, we create a functional map of your current systems, processes, data access and general data architecture of the status quo. We highlight potential roadblocks and provide further recommendations related to your goals regarding what’s possible and how to maximise your current technology architecture.

      STRATEGY & DESIGN

      Once the initial assessment and data gathering component is complete and all potential parameters are mapped out, our team is in a position to recommend a strategy and design.


      This design won’t be tied to any particular technology but will be tailored to suit your budget, business goals and future scale aspirations.

      IMPLEMENTATION – BUILD & TEST

      This is when rubber meets the road. Our team will come in and get the wheels moving; implementing the strategy, architecture and design created off the back of the goals assessment. Our experienced project leads will manage each milestone according to a detailed work plan to ensure key deliverables are implemented on time and in alignment with the broader vision.


      Our stakeholders are treated as partners through the entire process ensuring they are involved in the transformation with scheduled project reviews and daily engagement with the team.


      Once the frameworks are developed, the team will run a series of tests to ensure the system and tools will stand the test of time with increased data volume and variance. Checks and balances are addressed; does it achieve the outcome we had intended in line with the broader vision? Any iterations and adjustments are implemented as required.

      Once the tools are up and running and we have trained the team and all is humming along nicely its inevitable the users will find they require further metrics, a change in dashboard visualisation or require back end data integration tweaks.


      We also find it useful to stick around to ensure things stay sunning clean, quick and efficiently as more data or more sources are added and continue to monitor this for a period of time that gives us full confidence you can fly on your own!
